RESOURCES

The resources page is where the PCGA will post technical documents and other information in the form of articles, videos, presentations, white papers, case studies and webinars. Much of this will be the output of work currently being done by the minimum guidelines, piracy, and data research subcommittees.

PCGA Restructured Membership

The PCGA was launched in February of 2008 and is now ramping up member recruitment for 2009 as it builds on its considerable 2008 momentum. Our new membership program encourages broad PC Gaming industry participation from all stakeholder communities including hardware vendors, publishers and game developers.

The retooled Contributor membership tier now includes valuable PC gaming industry insight, as well as marketing and sales benefits. Contributor-level member companies enjoy access to a wealth of insight, including the annual Horizons report, an in-depth financial analysis of the PC gaming industry worldwide. In addition, Contributors collectively act as an advisory council to the alliance leadership as it works to improve consumer experiences, combat piracy, and advance the PC gaming ecosystem as a whole.

The PCGA's membership plan also includes a Promoter level that allows member companies to wield significant influence within the organization. With the opportunity to fill Board, Officer and subcommittee leadership positions, Promoters within the PCGA set the direction and strategy of the alliance.
